Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyTCG Collection (the “Service”), a trading-card collection management application provided on the Monveri platform by Monveri LLC (“Monveri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1300 South Blvd, Suite B109, Charlotte, NC 28203.
1. Acceptance & scope
By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service provides tools to catalog, organize, value, and build decks from your trading-card collection, including card data and pricing sourced from third parties. Features may vary by plan and may change over time.
3. Account requirements
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans, billing & payments
- Paid plans are billed in U.S. dollars and, where applicable, renew automatically until cancelled.
- Refund requests may be made within 30 days of a charge, except where prohibited by law.
- Chargeback handling fees may be passed through to you.
- Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended after a 7-day notice period.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe); their terms also apply.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law;
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or systems;
- Upload malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Monveri and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal use only. Magic: The Gathering and other trading card game names and marks are the property of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Data ownership
You retain ownership of the collection data and other content you add to the Service. Each account’s operational data is kept isolated. Legal holds may suspend normal deletion processes where required.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monveri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monveri from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or illegal activity. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal use, which may result in permanent termination and reporting to law enforcement.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted with a revised “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
13. Dispute resolution & arbitration
We will first attempt to resolve disputes informally. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. To the extent permitted by law, you and Monveri waive the right to participate in a class action.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any matter not subject to arbitration is the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
